RIDE 101. If you’re new to fitness, taking the first step is often difficult and we understand it can be intimidating and overwhelming. RIDE 101 is a 45-minute class that teaches the basics like bike set up, positions and a beginners intro to metrics. You’ll practice, smile, meet new friends, and be ready for an iRIDE class before you know it!
